Working Like a Mule? Yet Still Without Abundance, Happiness and Satisfaction?

Disclaimer:  This is NOT a get rich quick message, or a message about becoming financially prosperous by calling things into existence (i.e. "Money Cometh!").  Trust me, get rich quick strategies DO NOT WORK (I have tried many times) and we, certainly not I, have NOT perfected our faith and belief systems YET to call things into INSTANTANEOUS existence. Proof: If we actually had just a mustard seed of faith, we would be able to move mountains... right?  And recall that Jesus Himself, our Savior, had LIMITED power to perform miracles in Nazareth because of their unbelief (Mark 6).

Nevertheless.....

If you are not wealthy, yet you work like a fool's mule (I heard this from a pastor years ago), or you have stress, get angry easily, or even have anxiety; then I would like to share some key points, definitions and revelation translations with you that God has shared with me.  It might get slightly complex, but I ask that you meditate on what is written because it is indeed powerful. 


Critical Point 1) I don't care how many hustles (streams of income) you have, or how many business models you try to work... Absolutely no amount of work will make you rich. 

• Proverbs 10:22 (KJV) -  ²² The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
•  Blessing -berakah (Hebrew) from barak (Hebrew).  Berakah meaning an act of adoration both Man to God and God to Man. Barak meaning prosperity and present (Present synonymous with a gift you give someone, like grace is a gift from God).
• Rich - ashar (Greek). Ashar meaning to accumulate and grow (This is the realm of abundance and continuously having more than enough because it continues to grow).
• Sorrow - etseb (Hebrew) from atsab (Hebrew).  Etseb meaning painful toil in body or mind. Atsab meaning pain or anger (This is the realm of physically working so hard that your body aches, or mentally working so hard that you physically get a headache, or you mentally get upset easily, have anxiety, get depression, stress, etc.).

The gift from God to you is a never ending supply of riches to that you do not have to physically or mentally work hard for.   

Critical Point 2) It may sound "churchy" however our efforts and labor's in life must be directed towards representing and living in the Kingdom of God and His systems and NOT on getting rich.   

• Proverbs 23:4 (KJV) - ⁴ Labour not to be rich: cease from thine own wisdom. (Note: I will only deal with Labor not to be rich right now because ceasing for your own wisdom is another revelation all in itself (There is a way a man thinks is right, but the end of that way is death (Prov 16)). 
• Labour - yaga (Hebrew). To be exhausted. To tire, to toil, to faint.
• Rich - ashar (Greek). Ashar meaning to accumulate and grow (This is the realm of abundance and continuously having more than enough because it continues to grow).

•  Hebrews 4:10 -11 (KJV) -¹⁰ For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.¹¹ Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. (Note: Focus is on Let us labor therefore to enter that rest).
• Labour - yaga (Hebrew). To be exhausted. To tire, to toil, to faint.
• Rest - katapausis (Greek) from katapauo (Greek).  Katapausis meaning rest and katapauo meaning to settle down, cease, rest.

Do not get exhausted or burn yourself out trying to obtain a never ending supply of riches.  Instead, exhaust yourself, and work tirelessly to settle down and rest.  
(Now this is a revelation!  Imagine how ridiculous this sounds to the natural mind and the wisdom of the world.  The revelation is to work hard at resting!!!  God uses the foolish things to confound the wise (1 Corinth. 1:27).  Be patient now, I am about to expound on this in the next critical point, because I know people may struggle with this Revelation because some will interpret resting for laziness and sleeping all day, and think the revelation is to be lazy and not work.  That is not what the Revelation is about. 

Critical Point 3) - The work or works that you do on a day-to-day basis, must be based on what you know you have a Godly passion and gift or niche for doing. It could be anything from sweeping a floor to engineering, or cooking to owning a bank.. It doesn't matter as long as it is indeed your gift as it was given to you by God....And what is done with a gift?  It is given or "served" to someone else.    

• Proverbs 18:16 (KJV) - ¹⁶ A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.  (Focusing on the key word "gift".)
• Proverbs 18: 16 (CEB) - ¹⁶ A gift opens the way for access to important people. (Focusing on the key word "gift".)
• Gift - mattanah (Hebrew). A present, a sacrificial offering.

A man's present that he offers to someone else gives him access to important people. 

Summary  
So what in the world does all this mean?  These revelations have brought us to one of the most profound fundamental principles of our salvation... Giving of yourself, like God gave of Himself.



God so loved the world that He GAVE His only Son.

Our wealth in this world has already been given to us by God.  Instead of tirelessly chasing money, working a job that you absolutely hate, or trying various other methods of getting rich.... God desires for us to give and serve others with what He has given to us.  To make it plain, the work that we do should be a manifestation of the gift (skills and ability) that God blessed us to have. When you work your gift (sometimes referred to the calling), notice how great you feel. Notice that you love doing that calling with or without getting paid.  Why?  Because it is indeed the skill that God gave you which is supernaturally connected with the love that He has for you and your position in the Kingdom.  When you are working on something that is contrary to your calling, you are miserable because, like the prodigal son (Luke 15), you have strayed away from the Kingdom, thus not on your post.  But the robe of righteousness always awaits for your return.    
This is one of the reasons why our futile efforts to call money forth does not work (Money Cometh!).  Aside from lacking faith, we are asking for something that is not aligned with the will of God (James 4:3).  You are asking for your own motives which goes back to following the way that you believe (Your own wisdom) is right.  Uh, but the end of that way is death...Whether it is a slow death or fast.  Why do you think your mind and body is so tired and in pain after doing what you think is right?  It is because you are allowing Satan to literally destroy your body (The Thief comes not but for the steal, kill and to destroy).  But Jesus came to give everlasting life, which is the rest that he asks us to enter (Come unto me those who labor (there it is again), and are heavy laden and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:22).     

So what must we do? 
We must first ask God to forgive our unbelief (Unbelief comes from fear, and the fearful and unbelieving have their place in the lake of fire(Rev. 21)).  

If not already known, we must pray and meditate about what our calling in life is.

We must ask God to give us the Wisdom and courage to do whatever our calling really is (Regardless of how insignificant and foolish our rationale says it is.  Remember that it is NOT our efforts that make us rich).

We must be willing to serve, give, and present our gifts from God to others (Give and it shall be given unto you (Luke 6:38).  By the way, Jesus was not talking exclusively about giving your money to a local church to fund the pastor's Cadillac during this teaching...ijs    

We must be totally committed to following Kingdom instructions, as we receive them from the Holy Ghost, regardless of the criticisms of others (Family, friends, etc).  Matthew 10:34-39 


I know I went on and on here, but I believe that these are some revelations as to why many of us to not live in abundance today, even though we are working like slaves.

Church Without Walls: Your Church for the 21st Century

On January 25, 2014 I received a revelation through a dream.  Since life in this world has a tendency to get in the way, even when God clearly gives us instructions, it took me almost 8 months to document, share and execute the instructions I know God gave me.  Without going into details or offering a long story of how I arrived to this point, for now, I will simply introduce what has been placed on my heart.  

Church Without Walls: Your Church for the 21st Century

Some of you who know me, and more importantly know God, have recognized that there has been a calling on my life for quite sometime.  I have received it many times via prophecy, and my mom has reminded me countless times of how a Prophetess years ago recognized the anointing on my life when I was a very small child.  Admittedly and without any shame,  I have dodged this calling for a long time because of pride, arrogance, unbelief and a desire to do what I believed was the right thing to do.  Nevertheless, I am still here today, only as a result of the endless Grace and Mercy that God has continued to give me over the years. 

Among other principles that I will soon share, Church Without Walls is a Ministry, given to me by way of Divine instruction that has been founded on the following scripture:

Colossians 2:16 - 23 (Amplified Translation)

¹⁶ Therefore let no one sit in judgment on you in matters of food and drink, or with regard to a feast day or a New Moon or a Sabbath.

¹⁷ Such [things] are only the shadow of things that are to come, and they have only a symbolic value. But the reality (the substance, the solid fact of what is foreshadowed, the body of it) belongs to Christ.

¹⁸ Let no one defraud you by acting as an umpire and declaring you unworthy and disqualifying you for the prize, insisting on self-abasement and worship of angels, taking his stand on visions [he claims] he has seen, vainly puffed up by his sensuous notions and inflated by his unspiritual thoughts and fleshly conceit,

¹⁹ And not holding fast to the Head, from Whom the entire body, supplied and knit together by means of its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

²⁰ If then you have died with Christ to material ways of looking at things and have escaped from the world’s crude and elemental notions and teachings of externalism, why do you live as if you still belong to the world? [Why do you submit to rules and regulations?—such as]

²¹ Do not handle [this], Do not taste [that], Do not even touch [them],

²² Referring to things all of which perish with being used. To do this is to follow human precepts and doctrines.

²³ Such [practices] have indeed the outward appearance [that popularly passes] for wisdom, in promoting self-imposed rigor of devotion and delight in self-humiliation and severity of discipline of the body, but they are of no value in checking the indulgence of the flesh (the lower nature). [Instead, they do not honor God but serve only to indulge the flesh.]

As God will instruct and as He will allow, in the days and weeks ahead, I will commit myself to writing and sharing the Revelations that He gives to me.  If anyone who reads today's current blog or the blogs to come, has a desire to get closer to God, or wants to fellowship with other Christ-focused people who are not perfect (because I am in no way perfect, and this ministry is not for the perfect man), I welcome you to enter and actively participate in the Church Without Walls.  

When We Know What is Right, but Refuse to Do It

Why does the community around us, both local and global, seem to be getting more violent and perverse?  Why are the airwaves filled with "entertainment" that seemingly seeks to get more and more raunchy with fewer restrictions and increased acceptance?  Now I am far, very far, from being a perfect man, and by no means living a streamlined Holy Ghost filled life, but I love God more that anything else, and appreciate the mercy and grace He extends to me on a daily basis.  For this reason, I find comfort and joy when I write this blog because I know God still has His hands in my life.  Thank you God!!!!! 

This evening, I asked our Father to open my eyes to truths I have not caught before.  Knowing that God answers prayer, I began to read through the scriptures, Romans specifically, and in less than 1 chapter, God gave me some clear insight on what is happening in the world us.  Go with me if you will to the following:

²¹ because, despite the fact that they knew the one true God, they have failed to show the love, honor, and appreciation due to the One who created them! Instead, their lives are consumed by vain thoughts that poison their foolish hearts. ²² They claim to be wise; but they have been exposed as fools, frauds, and con artists— ²³ only a fool would trade the splendor and beauty of the immortal God to worship images of the common man or woman, bird or reptile, or the next beast that tromps along.
²⁴ So God gave them just what their lustful hearts desired. As a result, they violated their bodies and invited shame into their lives. ²⁵ How? By choosing a foolish lie over God’s truth. They gave their lives and devotion to the creature rather than to the Creator Himself, who is blessed forever and ever. Amen. ^26-27 This is why God released them to their own vile pursuits, and this is what happened: they chose sexual counterfeits—women had sexual relations with other women and men committed unnatural, shameful acts because they burned with lust for other men. This sin was rife, and they suffered painful consequences.
²⁸ Since they had no mind to recognize God, He turned them loose to follow the unseemly designs of their depraved minds and to do things that should not be done. ²⁹ Their days are filled with all sorts of godless living, wicked schemes, greed, hatred, endless desire for more, murder, violence, deceit, and spitefulness. And, as if that were not enough, they are gossiping, ³⁰ slanderous, God-hating, rude, egotistical, smug people who are always coming up with even more dreadful ways to treat one another. They don’t listen to their parents; ³¹ they lack understanding and character. They are simple-minded, covenant-breaking, heartless, and unmerciful; they are not to be trusted. ³² Despite the fact that they are fully aware that God’s law says this way of life deserves death, they fail to stop. And worse—they applaud others on this destructive path.

On reality TV.  
By downloading their music. 
By following them on social media.

It looks like we brought this society onto ourselves.

Save us God.  Help us Lord. Give us wisdom and understanding.  In Jesus name, we pray.

Return Backsliding Children, for I am Married to You.   

It has been quite a while since I have taken the time to allow the Holy Spirit to manifest Himself in my life.  As a sit at my desk typing this message, it is very difficult for me to accept how far I have stepped away from the path which I know God prepared for me before the foundation of the world.  I have been so consumed with chasing money and all the temporary possessions of the world, that I almost forgot who I really am.   As I humble myself, and admit my sins before God, I take comfort in knowing that God has already forgiven me.  You see, for me, it seems like God was patiently waiting for this exact moment for me to come back home. 

In all my filth, God directed me to Jeremiah 3 and spoke to me directly.  As I began to read through the chapter, tears started to flow as I saw myself as an adulterer against God. Just as I began to shed more tears, God ministered directly to me in a way that only I could understand. As I continued to repent, I felt the heaviness of the sin and death of this nasty world lift from my body.  This is the point when I have re-entered the Kingdom.

The blog for today is purposely, by the Divine direction of God, not meant to be lengthy and drawn out with unnecessary and excessive scriptures that could miss a person who needs it straight.  Tonight's words are meant to share a real message for those who may be consumed by the things of this world.  The words are meant to tell the people of God, those who like ME, have been unfaithful towards God, that God is indeed waiting for you to come back Home.  Regardless of how dirty you may be, LIKE ME, God is ready to forgive you right in the middle of your filth.   

If you are reading this blog and living a life that you know God has not ordained you to live, I pray in the name of Jesus, that you return to the Kingdom so that you can be placed back in your rightful position.... with Satan kissing the bottom of your foot.

Why do you sing to a vehicle made by man and not to the Creator Himself?

Where are you children?

Is "Tightening your belt" the Christian thing to do?

I am sure we have heard it all before, right?  From our parents and friends, the media, and perhaps even in some classrooms.  "Today's economy requires you to spend less and save more if you plan to survive."  I even recently read an article in the latest Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine which informs readers about the new face of retirement, and essentially how difficult it may be in the future for retiree's.  But does any of this have anything to do with you and me?  Let's find out what the Word of God says about this.

 Let's focus this discussion with two specific scriptures.  One, Jeremiah 17:8, you may be partially familiar with, and the other, Psalm 91:7, you may have heard but never really sat down and meditated on it.  Why do I say that you may be partially familiar with Jeremiah 17:8 ? Well, because religion has seemed to have minimized the entire verse down to a weak cliche which goes something like, " you shall be as a tree planted by the water." (Spoken in a weak whiny voice as many cliches sound).   But there is something even more powerful that God reveals in the other 90% of the scripture.  Here's what the rest of the verse says:  ...and that spread out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.    Hopefully, your attention was captured when God said you shall NOT see the heat coming, and that you should NOT be careful in the year of drought.  Make no mistake, there is no symbolic meaning of the term heat or careful in the verse.  When researched in the Hebrew, the term heat is just that, heat, hot, etc. The term careful, defined in the Hebrew, expounds on how we may typically define it.  That is, careful is defined with the terms anxious and fearful.   

And what about Psalm 91:7?  Well it says quite plainly,    A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; [but] it shall not come nigh thee.  No confusion here.  

So what do these powerful scriptures really tell us?  Well, in the book of Psalms, God tells us that regardless of what is going on around us; no matter how many people in the world have lost their job, no matter how many organizations are going out of business, no matter how many people have lost their home to foreclosure, that  none of this  has anything  to do with us.  Why, well because God reminds us through the prophet Jeremiah that we are planted, or connected directly to the Source, and that everything we do will yield fruitful results.

So what does this have to do with tightening your belt?  If you are a Christian, and you truly believe and have faith in the Word of God, there is no need to change up your spending habits.  There is no need to cut back on going out with your family, or treating yourself to a nice pair of comfortable shoes, or splurging on that fancy hairstyle at the salon.  

I know that this sounds ridiculous to the natural mind, and that this is the exact opposite of what we hear every day, but that is precisely why it is so true.  Every miracle that God does is contrary to what the natural man can rationalize.  Can anyone rationalize how Jesus fed 5000 men with five loaves of bread and two fish?    
In short, according to the direct instructions from God, we are not to be careful in the year of drought!

Greetings everyone. 
Jesus instructed us to go out into the world to teach His Gospel.  I know that I have been called, but not in the traditional sense.  Today, I had the unction to create a blog.  Don't get confused however, this will not be a blog about foolish topics.  Instead, this blog has been created precisely to discuss, learn, and meditate on the Word of God.  I expect to stimulate thoughts and conversations that require participants to deeply meditate, pray and study in order to obtain understanding.        
Please be advised that the conversations will have depth, and will often times challenge some of the information we have been told in our local churches.  Remember however, in keeping with the theme of this blog, conversations should be supported with Scriptural references. In other words, denominational interpretations or opinions should be eliminated, as the overall goal is to better prepare us to bring souls into the Kingdom, and of course, give our Father the glory that He deserves.

With this said, I speak Wisdom and Understanding over everyone who enters this space.
